Westshire Farms at the Lakes is a 207-unit active-senior campus, located in the Wisconsin resort-area of Delavan/Lake Geneva. The buildings on the campus include an apartment building, a clubhouse, and numerous clusters of ranch-house “pods” consisting of three or four such houses in each pod. Westshire Farms is a life-lease estate property, which is similar to a condominium; however, what the resident owns is a 99-year lease, while the land and the structure on it are owned by the developer, Delavan Active Seniors Corporation.
